Your tasks

• You support our customers and representatives with technical problems (email and telephone)
• As a service technician, you carry out commissioning and maintenance at the customer's site
• You test new machines and software versions from development
• You train our customers and representatives on our products (in Thun and worldwide)
• Support at trade fairs and customer visits

Your profile

• Technical basic training (mechanical / electronic), commercial further training an advantage
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written
• Knowledge of Windows and Office programs as well as CRM system desirable
• Enjoyment of daily customer contact
• Reliable and independent way of working
• Team player and flexible
