Cleaning Staff Healthcare (m/f/d) (external ID: 79652) Work location: Biel/Bienne Start date: 21.07.2026 Department: Cleaning Your tasks • The Santé Group Leader is responsible for the technical leadership of a cleaning group in shift operation and ensures the hygiene-compliant, efficient, and timely implementation of the agreed cleaning services • He/She organizes the daily work assignments in their own area, monitors compliance with hygiene and safety standards, and actively supports quality assurance through controls and documentation. • As a role model in everyday operations, the Group Leader takes on the guidance and instruction of the employees and regularly works in cleaning themselves • With high service orientation, reliability, and team spirit, the role contributes decisively to customer satisfaction and to the implementation of the Santé processes.
