Your responsibilities

• Perform the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial electrical equipment according to current procedures.
• Ensure the control and verification of installations (continuity, insulation, functional compliance) in accordance with technical requirements.
• Read and utilize electrical diagrams, plans, and technical files in order to execute work with precision.
• Participate in on-site interventions while strictly respecting safety rules and HSE instructions.
• Perform measurements and diagnostics using test instruments (multimeter, testers, suitable control devices).
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of installations and working methods (quality, reliability, reduction of downtime).
• Complete technical documentation and intervention reports in a clear and traceable manner.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to guarantee the availability of installations.

Required skills & qualifications
-----------------------------------------

• Basic training in electricity/electrotechnics (CFC or equivalent recognized training).
• Proven experience in an industrial environment, ideally on power and distribution electrical installations.
• Solid knowledge of safety standards and requirements applicable to electrical work in Switzerland.
• Ability to interpret electrical diagrams, wiring diagrams, and technical plans.
• Mastery of diagnostic and measurement techniques (electrical controls, compliance tests, fault finding).
• Autonomy in the field, sense of organization, and rigor in the execution of tasks.
• Valid driver's license (often required for site travel and interventions).
• Asset: experience with preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as the management of small technical modifications.
