Your tasks include: Responsibility for a smooth process at the reception as well as extremely courteous care for our diverse visitors Completion of general secretarial work including telephone service, answering emails, handling mail Administrative and organizational support for the pastoral workers and the voluntary work of the parish Administration of baptisms, weddings, and deaths Collaboration in room reservations and liturgical scheduling Communication: Collaboration in updating the website, hanging posters, laying out flyers Holiday replacement for the team colleague You bring with you Commercial or equivalent training with professional experience Very good PC user skills (Office, CMS knowledge and handling of databases) Good manners, a winning personality, and a warm manner when dealing with people Teamwork skills, organizational talent Strong communication skills and stylish French language skills (native or at least C1), good German (B2), English is an advantage Resilience and independent, precise way of working even in hectic situations Membership in one of the cantonal churches and a positive basic attitude towards the Catholic Church Willingness for further training You can expect from us A versatile and varied activity in an urban environment A dedicated and open team Great scope for your ideas Central place of work near the Bern station with progressive working conditions We look forward to seeing you!
