Technical Clerk, 100 % (m/f/d) - fixed-term for 6 months with prospect of permanent employment

Contribute to ensuring the quality and approvals of our medicines by supporting the administration of our technical processes.

Your tasks

• Administration: Good and careful organization and execution of administrative tasks, especially in the technical-scientific area (creating tables, maintaining databases, filling out forms, compiling documents)
• Reporting: Creating technical reports, protocols, and presentations in consultation with the division management.
• Deadline monitoring: Coordinating submission deadlines with the authorities.
• Interface function: Communicating with cooperation partners, authorities, and internal departments in German, English, and French.

Your profile

• Commercial training with a scientific affinity or Chemist/Pharmaceutical Technologist EFZ
• Very good PC and IT skills as well as the common MS Office applications
• Proficient German and English in speaking and writing, French is an advantage
• Authentic interest in herbal and anthroposophical medicines
• Independent and committed with a service-oriented basic attitude
• Ability to work in a team, resilience, solution-oriented
• Organizational skills
