Med Ipersonal is an experienced temporary staffing agency specializing in the placement of qualified professionals in the medical industry.

For our customers – renowned clinics, hospitals, nursing homes and outpatient services – we are looking for qualified and committed healthcare specialists EFZ (m/f/d) who work with heart and competence in the health sector.

Your tasks:

• Holistic care and nursing of patients and residents in various specialist areas
• Support for the registered nursing staff in medical-technical measures, such as blood collection, infusion therapy and wound care
• Monitoring of vital signs and early detection of changes in the patients' state of health
• Assistance with mobilization, positioning and support of patients in everyday life
• Communication with relatives, interdisciplinary specialists and doctors for optimal patient care
• Documentation of nursing measures and ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene standards
• Supporting patients in health promotion and prevention

Your profile:

• Completed training as Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Experience in the inpatient or outpatient sector is an advantage
• Sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team and empathy when dealing with patients
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
