To strengthen our team in Susten VS, we are looking for you as Workshop Manager 100% (m/f) As Workshop Manager, you control all important processes in a workshop to relieve the workshop manager and the mechanics. You are the coordinator between customers, products and the workshop and offer support in all administrative matters. What you can achieve with us Management of early warning systems (Expert Alerts from Deere) Responsible for the coordination of services and maintenance contracts Recording and processing of service orders including invoicing Recording of new vehicle preparations Booking in and billing of external repair and maintenance assignments Invoicing of all workshop work (internal / external billing) Planning and provision of replacement material as well as its reversal Recording and coordination of warranty cases and the entire warranty stock as well as returns Coordination of the entire time management Responsible for system maintenance of customer and machine data Responsible for handover and warranty formalities What you bring for your task Commercial or technical basic training, preferably in the environment of motor equipment and/or agricultural machinery industry Good business administration knowledge Independent, reliable and exact way of working Experience in sales/trade Good communication skills Very good IT user knowledge and high proficiency in the use of Microsoft products (Microsoft Dynamics 365) German as a native language, good to very good Swiss German skills, English is an advantage Driver's license Cat.
