We are looking for, by arrangement, to strengthen our ventilation team in the Zentrum für Paraplegie a Respiratory Care Expert (m/f/d) 80-100 % Your tasks You are co-responsible for ensuring nursing quality and evidence-based further development of nursing practice for the subject areas of respiratory support and ventilation Together with your female colleagues, you assume professional leadership of the nursing specialists in complex ventilation situations and respiratory support therapies You promote, accompany and support nursing specialists as well as health professionals in the areas of respiratory support and ventilation You are part of the Shared Leadership Team Pflege and work closely with nursing management and education You represent nursing in the interprofessional rehabilitation team and conduct internal training on the topics of respiratory support and ventilation Your profile You have completed further training as an Atemtherapeutin/ Atemtherapeut or Expertin/ Experte Respiratory Care Several years of professional experience as a Dipl.
