Your missions ###

• You develop the agency's strategy, services and offerings together with the executive team
• You identify development potential and bring new impulses to structures, working methods and collaboration
• You represent the Stämpfli agency to clients, partners and other stakeholders and assume responsibility for the acquisition of new clients
• You develop existing client relationships and win new mandates
• You advise clients at a strategic level and manage demanding mandates as a senior consultant
• You keep an eye on the quality, profitability and viability of projects and services

What distinguishes you for this position ###

• Successful training in the fields of communication and marketing, supplemented by training in business management or equivalent experience
• Proven several years of experience in management in an agency
• enjoyment in developing what exists and shaping new paths
• you have a commercial flair and love networking
• you have experience in strategic brand consulting
• Entrepreneurial spirit and great autonomy
• Ability to create orientation even in open situations
• Marked skills in consulting, communication and decision-making
