Introduction

For our client, a company in the field of construction and project management, we are looking for an experienced personality as a Construction Project Manager (m/f/d) 80-100%. In this role, you will lead demanding structural engineering projects from planning to handover and take responsibility for quality, deadlines, and costs. You can expect a versatile environment with creative freedom, leadership responsibility, and a long-term perspective.

Tasks

• Overall management of structural engineering projects from planning through execution to commissioning
• Coordination and leadership of all project participants as well as the primary contact person for the client
• Control of costs, deadlines, and quality specifications across all project phases
• Collaboration in tendering, awarding, construction site logistics, and project organization
• Leadership and further development of employees as well as building and maintaining contacts in the market environment

Profile

• Training in construction, architecture, or engineering, ideally with suitable further education
• Several years of experience in construction or project management of structural engineering projects in Switzerland
• Good knowledge of project control, execution, tendering, and cost control
• Very good German skills; further language skills are an advantage
• Independent, structured, and assertive personality with enjoyment of leadership and cooperation
