Managing Director (80-100%) For an owner-managed architecture firm with general and turnkey contracting (around 15 employees, family business, for over 45 years), we are looking for an entrepreneurially minded personality for the operational management. The office plans and realizes predominantly residential and commercial buildings in Central Switzerland and the adjacent cantons - from planning to turnkey handover (GU/TU). Short paths, high practical relevance, young and collegial team. Your tasks • Operational management of the office and construction realization (planning and execution) • Leadership and further development of the interdisciplinary team • Responsibility for acquisition, customer relations, and economic management of the projects • Management of the projects via the SIA phases, with a focus on project design, tendering, and realization • Ensuring quality, deadlines, costs, and contractual principles according to SIA • Coordination of specialist planners, contractors, authorities, and clients • Co-responsibility for organization, processes, and junior talent development Your profile • Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, or equivalent, ideally with leadership experience in an architecture firm or a general contracting company • Several years of experience in managing structural engineering projects in Switzerland (residential and commercial construction) • Proficiency in SIA standards, permit procedures, cost, and schedule management • Entrepreneurial thinking, assertiveness, and clear communication • Business fluent German, team leadership in an SME environment Applications via email please with reference 3YM9N4 in the subject.
