The Fondation Vieillesse in Herisau is the home of more than 250 elderly people. In our three sites Heinrichsbad, Ebnet and Dreilinden, approximately 260 employees contribute daily in our houses. Your demanding and varied tasks:

• You accompany residents with heart, professional competence and a touch of humor in their home and assume responsibility for their individual care and support.
• With your expertise and respectful attitude, you organize the care process in a professional and needs-oriented manner, bringing your nursing expertise in a targeted way.
• You regularly assume daily responsibility and support your team with commitment and pleasure.
• You promote respectful interdisciplinary collaboration and contribute to achieving the best for the residents together.
• You have the choice: you work in the morning and evening shifts until 21:15 or you opt for exclusive commitment in the night shift.

Our requirements:

• You have completed training as a registered nurse HF or an equivalent training with a degree recognized in Switzerland.
• You have professional experience in long-term care and like to accompany and care for elderly people.
• You have experience with ePDoc care documentation and ideally you know RAI LTCF, you are comfortable with digital documentation.
• You have excellent oral and written skills in German, ideally at level C1.
• You are a team player and contribute to good collaboration through your reliability and respectful attitude.
