For our client in the Zurich region, we are looking for:

HR Generalist with focus Recruiting 80-100% (w/m/d) ##

Your tasks: ###

Independent implementation of the entire recruitment process from needs analysis to successful job placement
Selection of applicants as well as conducting interviews
Creation of employment references
Support in HR administration along the entire employee lifecycle
Responsible for timely monthly payroll processing
Collaboration in time management (monthly closings and mutations)
Planning, organization and coordination of company events as well as employee gifts
Active participation in HR projects (e.g. process optimizations, regulations)
Preparation of HR key figures, evaluations and statistics

The tasks and areas of responsibility will be adapted according to your experience and offer you the opportunity to develop professionally and personally.

Your profile: ###

Completed commercial basic training with further training in Human Resources or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in recruiting as well as in operational HR administration
Proficient German and English skills in speaking and writing, French skills (oral) are an advantage
Independent, structured and precise way of working
Strong organizational skills as well as networked and solution-oriented thinking
Reliable, loyal and team-oriented personality with high initiative
