To strengthen our Pharmacy team, we are looking for, by arrangement, a Pharma Assistant, Pharmacy Specialist 80% Your main tasks Preparing medications for the residents as well as material supply for the nursing departments Processing and recording medications upon new admissions and after doctor visits Ordering of medications, nursing material, cosmetics, and medical auxiliary material Co-responsibility in quality assurance in the pharmacy area Data processing and data maintenance via Barcomed (inventory management system) Inventory management Assistance for the nursing staff What you bring with you Completed training as a Pharma Assistant, Pharmacy Specialist with professional experience and sound knowledge of medications Experience in a nursing home or hospital pharmacy Good IT skills, especially in dealing with inventory management and patient documentation programs Independent, exact, and quality-oriented way of working Good organizational skills as well as quick comprehension Very good German skills in speaking and writing Willingness for cross-location cooperation as well as flexibility regarding working days (Monday to Friday, no weekend or emergency services) Your contact person We look forward to you contacting us.
