Quality Management, Quality Assurance and Process Engineering 90 - 100%

What you can achieve:

• Interface work between the central quality management of CENTRAVO HOLDING AG, your assigned plant as well as internal and external stakeholders
• Exemplifying a service provider mentality and appreciative, lateral leadership
• Supporting the Head of Quality Management and your plant in o creating documents for risk management for food safety and quality

o ISO norm-compliant, digitized documentation
o developing didactically reduced, language- and education level-independent training materials for food safety and quality for direct use at all operational, leadership and management levels
o collaboration with peers and stakeholders as well as active participation in 'teach the teachers'
o process engineering for food safety and quality according to the PDCA cycle in connection with measure triage and appreciative leadership
o internal and external audits

• Supporting the Heads of Quality Management as well as Quality Assurance & Process Engineering during food safety incidents and in the event of an epidemic
• Regular plant tours
• Continuous verification of manufacturing processes and validation of defined risk mitigation measures
• Implementation of corrective measures including material blocks/releases as well as training, coaching, motivating and confronting plant employees
• Cross-departmental and cross-plant technical project participation as required

Depending on training, expertise, professional experience and personal suitability, the different areas of responsibility will be weighted differently.
What you bring with you:

• Completed BSc studies (or higher) in food technology, food sciences, process engineering or a related Life Science course of study
• Initial professional experience in a regulated production plant (food, pharma)
• Joy in working with people
• Willingness to learn and multitasking ability
• High degree of self-organization and situational flexibility
• Empathy and negotiation skills
• Ability for didactic reduction
• Hands-on and service provider mentality
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage
