BUYER The Transports Publics du Chablais (TPC) in Aigle employ more than 400 collaborators and manage four regional railway lines, as well as a bus network serving many municipalities of the Chablais vaudois and valaisan. In order to support the strong development of our company, we are looking for a: BUYER (80-100 %) YOUR MISSION In charge of purchasing for all departments, you act as a key partner for internal services. You actively contribute to the development of the purchasing function within the company. Reporting to the head of purchasing and logistics, you put your expertise at the service of the purchasing strategy, the continuous improvement of practices, optimization, standardization, as well as the securing of supplies. In this capacity, you autonomously manage all public procurement procedures, in compliance with the legal framework in force. You perform in-depth economic analyses, compare offers, and formulate reasoned award recommendations for management. You negotiate contracts with suppliers. You manage non-conformities, claims, and disputes while ensuring the quality and consistency of contractual data. Furthermore, you manage a varied purchasing portfolio that you optimize in terms of costs, quality, deadlines, and risks. You ensure the follow-up of supplies as well as orders in our ERP, while ensuring the reliability of data. In close collaboration with suppliers and the logistics team, you guarantee the availability of goods and services necessary for the company's activities. Finally, you develop indicators as well as dashboards allowing for the management of purchasing performance. YOUR PROFILE With a federal diploma of specialist in purchasing and supply (or a title deemed equivalent), you have solid experience in a similar function, preferably acquired in an industrial, technical, or parapublic environment. You master public procurement procedures as well as economic and contractual analysis. You are comfortable with common IT tools, notably the Office Pack and ERP systems; knowledge of ProConcept is an asset. You have good knowledge of German and/or English. Recognized for your autonomy, your rigor, and your sense of organization, you demonstrate excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
