Specialist in Work Integration and Logistics 60% (m/f/d)

You look forward to the following tasks

• Individual, goal-oriented promotion and support of our employees with a performance impairment as a reference person
• Planning, organization, and accompaniment of work processes in the everyday operations of our Grimselweg logistics center with a social and economic mission
• Ensuring smooth operational processes as well as taking on administrative and coordinating tasks
• Cooperation with internal specialist departments as well as participation in projects and working groups

With this profile, you are just right for us

• Training in work pedagogy, social pedagogy, or a comparable field of study HF/FH
• Basic training in crafts, logistics, sales, or visual merchandising desired
• Experience in vocational integration and supporting people with a disability
• High social competence as well as an appreciative and team-oriented way of working
• Independent, structured, and reliable personality
• Professional IT user knowledge (MS Office) and proficient German in spoken and written form
