To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a committed, customer-oriented personality with enthusiasm for animal health, consulting, and partnership-based cooperation.

Your area of responsibility

• Support and further development of veterinary practices and clinics in the regions of Central Switzerland, Zurich and Ticino
• Expert advice and sale of our innovative portfolio of pharmaceuticals and vaccines for small animals and horses
• Accompanying the market launch of new products and future innovations
• Identification of customer needs as well as development of new business opportunities
• Analysis of relevant customer, market and competitor information
• Building and maintaining long-term, trusting customer relationships
• Planning, organization and implementation of customer events as well as continuing education activities
• Close cooperation with the sales, marketing and specialist teams in Switzerland
• Responsibility for sustainable sales and business development in your sales area

What you bring with you

• Completed degree in veterinary medicine (veterinarian) or a comparable qualification with a sound veterinary background
• Alternatively, several years of experience as a senior TPA or a scientific education with an interest in sales and customer consulting
• Enjoyment in building long-term customer relationships and in consulting at eye level
• Strong communication skills as well as the ability to recognize customer needs and develop individual solutions
• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative and a structured way of working
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing; Italian and/or English are an advantage
• Residence in the sales area as well as willingness for regular travel
• Driver's license category B
• Experience in field sales is an advantage. However, your motivation, willingness to learn and your desire to make a difference are decisive.
