Tasks ##

As Team Leader Logistics, you lead a motivated team and ensure smooth processes from goods receipt to storage. You monitor quality and quantity, use key figures for leadership, and drive optimizations.

Requirements ##

• Completed training as a Logistics Specialist with federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis)
• Several years of leadership experience in logistics
• Strong, fact-based, and networked thinking and acting
• Enjoyment of complex tasks and process optimizations
• Independent, reliable, and socially competent personality
• Flexibility, solution orientation, and economic acting
• Ideally experience with ERP AS400, WMS ASTRO or general IT affinity
