Head of Department Social Assistance, Counseling, Asylum (m/f/d)

These are your tasks:

You lead the department Social Assistance, Counseling, Asylum in technical, operational, and organizational aspects and lead a team of 10 social workers as well as the administration team leader. You work closely with the other department heads in the office and participate with them and the office management in the further development of the office. You represent the office management in their absence. Professionally competent and efficient execution of work in your department is important to you. To achieve this goal, you support your team with your expertise as well as your active contribution and promote cooperation. You further develop the processes and quality standards in your department and ensure the quality of the results of the services provided.

What you bring with you:

For this demanding function, you bring extensive experience in the field of statutory social work. You have already successfully exercised leadership responsibility and have a university of applied sciences or university degree in Social Work or a related field. We are addressing a strong, stable, and flexible personality who enjoys designing within the given framework to optimize the processes for task fulfillment and to strengthen teamwork. A structured way of working and a good overview even in demanding situations help you to carry out your tasks with pleasure. Your good user knowledge in the client information system KLIB and your interest in using the wide range of functionalities will support you in the efficient handling of your work.
