You direct and coordinate the front and back office sectors of the outpatient clinics, continuously develop administrative processes, and ensure uniform standards between the sites. You monitor existing processes, identify optimization potential, and implement targeted improvement measures. Furthermore, you promote effective collaboration between all parties involved. You lead the secretariats of all outpatient clinics on an organizational, professional, and personnel level. At the same time, you participate in daily operations and guarantee a reliable organization of relief staff. You work in close collaboration with the head of patient administration and contribute to the billing of outpatient services. You and your team are the primary contacts for therapists and doctors during the registration of services. You analyze performance, productivity, and utilization indicators, support site managers in economic matters, and contribute to optimal planning of appointments and resources. What distinguishes you As a medical practice assistant, you have experience in a comparable function, know the principles of service billing, and are proficient with digital tools. You have already completed training as a practice coordinator or are willing to undergo it. Personally, you convince through your willingness to act, your organizational talent, and your sense of economic relations. You work in a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented manner, assume responsibilities, and maintain an overview even in demanding situations.
