You will have the crucial mission of supporting our clients by juggling the technological solutions that we offer. Within Swiss Post Digital Governement SA, the diversity of clients and environments offers you a varied playground where you can explore new technologies. On a daily basis, you will be the pillar of support for our clients' IT environments, intervening on workstations and even on mobile environments. Servers have no secrets from you, especially when they are linked to end-user activities. You hold a training in IT (CFC) and your service orientation allows you to meet client expectations like no one else, so this position might interest you. We are eager to discover your skills in end-user environments (PC, printers, office apps, campus network). Client OS (Windows) and Windows server environments (Active Directory) have no secrets from you and you master Cisco Meraki solutions and/or Microsoft 365 environments. So if your rigor in determining faults is legendary and customer relations and service are your second nature, you are ready to discover and train on new technologies with us.
