Your task:
You assume overall responsibility for a regionally anchored utility company and actively shape its future.
Your area of responsibility includes in particular:
Overall management of the Genossenschaft (electricity, water, communication)
Leadership of a small, well-coordinated team and active participation in daily business
Ensuring an economical, efficient operation incl. budget and result responsibility
Planning and implementation of infrastructure and digitalization projects
Strategic further development in close cooperation with the Board of Directors
Representation of the Genossenschaft towards the population, authorities and partners
Here you do not design from a distance – you are right in the middle of it. Strategically, operationally and entrepreneurially.
Your profile:
You are a practice-oriented leadership personality with technical understanding and an entrepreneurial mindset. Furthermore, we would like:
Experience in a leadership or project management function
Technical background in the energy environment or comparable industry experience
Solid business understanding
Communication strength in dealing with authorities, committees and customers
Enjoyment of an SME environment with high personal responsibility
