Marketing Assistant 80 - 100%

Your areas of responsibility (Sales and Initial Rental)

• Obtain property data, preparation of image & text
• Create marketing documentation in the company's corporate design
• Create advertisements (Online / Print)
• Participate in updating the homepage
• Process sales and rental offers/orders
• Organize viewing appointments
• Carry out rental apartment handovers
• Look after interested parties, maintain database
• Create fee, final statements and reportings
• Conduct correspondence and telephone clarifications

Your profile

• You have a completed commercial vocational training
• You have professional experience, ideally in the real estate industry
• You work independently, in a structured manner and take responsibility for your tasks
• You have a flair for image & text
• You enjoy working in a team and are customer-oriented
• You have good IT skills and enjoy working digitally
