Your tasks Benefit verification and benefit processing in the area of accident insurance (UVG) and/or daily sickness benefits (KTG) Holistic case management from reporting to closure Assessment of benefit claims Coordination with IV offices, trust doctors, recourse specialists, and other partners Cooperation with internal and external specialist departments Ensuring efficient and customer-oriented case processing Participation in the optimization of processes and systems Your profile A person with basic training in the commercial or medical field is sought Experience in benefit processing of personal insurance Sound knowledge in the area of UVG and/or KTG Affinity for IT applications and system-supported processes Independent, structured, and responsible way of working High level of personal responsibility, flexibility, and teamwork skills German and/or English skills are an advantage Your future elipsLife offers an inspiring and team-oriented working environment in which you can fully develop your skills.
