YOUR FUTURE TASK Technical and personnel leadership of the Process Management department Ensuring qualitatively and quantitatively flawless solvent regeneration and timely provision for internal and external customers in close cooperation with laboratory, analytics, supply chain, regeneration, and tank farm Management of new projects for solvent regeneration for internal and external customers Participation in projects for the conversion, optimization, expansion, or new construction of plants and installations in the area of solvent regeneration and tank farm Preparation of cost calculations for solvent regeneration Development of customer-specific offers in cooperation with supply chain and operations management Deputizing for the operations management Coordination of the development, implementation, and documentation of new technical processes for the regeneration and handling of solvents and distillation products Compliance with and implementation of quality, environmental, and safety standards (ISO ) as well as regulations and HSE guidelines YOU AS A PERSON AND WHAT YOU BRING Ph.D. in chemistry/chemical engineering or a completed degree in process engineering incl. 5 years of professional experience Several years of experience in the chemical industry, ideally in development Leadership experience Knowledge of thermal separation processes (distillation, regeneration, etc.), ideally experience with large-scale distillation plants IT affinity, proficient in Excel, experience with ChemCAD for simulation as well as SAP/S4 HANA is an advantage Teamwork skills and resilience Sales affinity and service orientation Business fluent German and English skills, further languages an advantage, especially ösisch WE OFFER MORE Because our benefits portfolio is attractive.
