General & Analytical Accountant - Mission 3 months min - Asap

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading group based in Genève, a 100% General and Analytical Accountant, as part of a temporary mission of 3 months minimum, with the possibility of evolving into a permanent position.

Your main missions will be as follows:

-Ensure the maintenance and monitoring of the general accounting for several companies within the group;
-Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual closings;
-Analyze and reconcile accounts, particularly intercompany flows;
-Perform accounting and financial analyses related to real estate activities and projects;
-Participate in the preparation of financial reporting and performance monitoring;
-Contribute to restructuring, merger and accounting data reliability work;
-Ensure the monitoring and analysis of the various financial operations of the group;
-Participate in the improvement and optimization of accounting and financial processes;
-Collaborate closely with the Accounting Manager and the Financial Management.

Profile sought:

-You hold a federal diploma of specialist in finance and accounting, a Bachelor in finance or an equivalent training;
-You have confirmed experience in general accounting, ideally acquired in a multi-company environment;
-You possess solid skills in general accounting and good financial analysis capabilities;
-You master closing processes and are comfortable with intercompany operations;
-Ideally, you have experience in a fiduciary, family office or in the real estate sector;
-You master an accounting ERP, ideally Abacus, or an equivalent software such as Sage;
-You have a good level of French and an operational understanding of English;
-You demonstrate an excellent analytical spirit, adaptability and know how to evolve in a dynamic and demanding environment;
