Your tasks:

• Personnel and professional leadership of the nursing team for 19 guests
• Planning and leading of team meetings as well as participation in interdisciplinary reports
• Responsible for the organization of ward processes, implementation of work processes and duty scheduling with Polypoint PEP
• Management and control of nursing reports and professional nursing discussions
• Co-responsibility for the implementation of internal concepts
• Active collaboration in the further development of nursing services in the facility
• Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process
• Taking over tasks as daily responsibility and reference person for nursing
• Taking over tasks as a topic carrier for a specialist topic and thus contributing to the group-wide network for nursing quality

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann FH/HF/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK
• Professional and leadership experience in long-term care
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Joy in versatile challenges
• RAI knowledge
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
