The SwissEver Hotel Zug in Cham belongs to the Swiss Canonica Group, an established company with operations in gastronomy, hospitality, retail, and production. The group includes, among other things, restaurants, bars, shops, and chocolate boutiques at Geneva International Airport, as well as its own laundry and chocolate production. The SwissEver Hotel Zug in Cham is the first of its kind and serves as a model for the group's future hotel projects. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and responsible personality for the position of breakfast cook. Your tasks: The tasks of this function include: • Preparation, setup, and maintenance of the breakfast buffet • Preparation of warm and cold breakfast dishes • Ensuring an attractive and always complete buffet offer • Control and compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP) • Proper storage and processing of food • Goods control and support with orders for the breakfast area • Cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen and buffet area • Ensuring a smooth process during breakfast service • Supporting the kitchen team as needed As a hotel professional, you know that we are open 365 days a year. Getting up early does not pose any problems for you, and even in work-intensive situations, you remain on top of things.
