Your contribution to our team

In this responsible leadership function, you will take over the technical and personnel management of our accounts payable team. You will coordinate daily operations, set priorities, and, together with your team, ensure a high service and process quality. In doing so, you are responsible for the entire accounts payable process, from invoice processing and payment transactions to ensuring high data quality.

As a central contact person for internal departments, suppliers, and external partners, you will ensure professional and solution-oriented cooperation. In addition, you will work closely with finance and accounting, support monthly and annual closings, and contribute your expertise to complex issues.

A significant part of your role is the continuous further development of accounts payable accounting. You will drive optimization and digitalization initiatives, participate in cross-departmental projects, and actively shape the future of the department together with your team.

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training, supplemented by further training in finance and accounting or the willingness to develop further in this area
• Several years of experience in a leadership or team lead function with enjoyment in accompanying and promoting employees and achieving success together
• Proven practical expertise in accounts payable accounting as well as a good understanding of accounting contexts and processes
• Strong communication and organizational skills combined with the ability to set priorities and successfully coordinate various stakeholder groups
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working with a high quality standard and strong sense of responsibility
• Proficient use of ERP systems and common MS Office applications, especially Excel, as well as a great interest in digital processes and new technologies
• Proficient German skills in speaking and writing; French and/or Italian skills are a plus
