Who are we?

Die Eidgenössische Hochschule für Berufsbildung EHB is the Swiss expertise organization for vocational education and training. We train and further educate those responsible for vocational education and training, research vocational education and training, further develop occupations, and support international vocational education and training cooperation. Our locations are in Zollikofen near Bern (headquarters), Lausanne and Lugano, with external locations in Olten and Zürich.

Lecturer 50%

for vocational pedagogy and didactics in the certificate courses for teachers of subject-specific instruction, lecturers at higher technical colleges and trainers in inter-company centers, in ateliers or teaching workshops.

Your area of responsibility

• Conducting courses in vocational pedagogy and didactics
• Support and coaching of students in training and teaching activities
• Conception and evaluation of performance and competence assessments
• Participation in development work and taking over projects
• Maintaining contact with interest and target groups

Your profile

• University degree or equivalence in educational sciences or psychology
• Teaching diploma Prim/Sek I/Sek II or Lecturer SVEB level 2/3
• Teaching or training experience at the secondary level II
• Experience in the training/further education of teachers or vocational trainers
• Desired: further training in the areas of personality, training, coaching
• Digital <<fit>> and with experience in media didactics
• Convincing appearance, high relationship orientation and interaction competence
• Open to new things, resourceful, eager to learn and design
• High commitment and resilience
