MAIN TASKS ##   • Participate, under the delegation of a nurse, in global and individualized care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team of acute surgery and multipurpose patients (neurosurgery, cardiology, visceral surgery, ...) • Participate in the proper functioning of the unit and the institution in a spirit of benevolence by being open to change • Promote dialogue and create a climate conducive to the transmission of data and thus ensure good communication with patients, doctors and all partners involved YOUR PROFILE ##   • CFC as an assistant in community nursing and health care • Practical experience of a few years in a similar department or in acute care is an asset • Dynamic, communicative in your function, you like to evolve in a demanding and motivating environment that requires autonomy and a sense of anticipation WE OFFER YOU ##   In addition to an attractive workstation in the heart of Lausanne, you will join a dynamic team that looks forward to welcoming you to a human-sized structure.
