What awaits you ###

• Autonomous management of construction projects from planning to implementation up to final invoicing
• Analysis of needs and advice to the client, including support during the change process
• Fiduciary tasks for the clients such as monitoring deadlines, costs and quality
• Management of orders and contracts, acceptance of works and guarantees as well as reporting
• Maintenance and development of client relationships

What you bring ###

• Technical training with continuing education or studies in one of the following fields: architecture, construction, electricity or heating-ventilation-air-conditioning-cooling-sanitary
• Experience in managing and executing projects
• Impeccable mastery of German as well as knowledge of English and French are an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, service and customer orientation
• Autonomous and goal-oriented way of working with strong organizational skills
