Job description
Co-Management or Deputy Management with Care Function, total 40 % - 70 %, of which at least 20 % care function from November or by arrangement. The Kita TIQ TAQ in Oberbipp has been in operation since October 2015 and offers 21 care places for children from 3 months until starting school. Infants, toddlers and kindergarten children each form a subgroup. The Kita is led by two persons in Co-Management, who are in close exchange with the sponsorship. Since one person of the Co-Management has reoriented professionally, we are looking for a suitable successor so that a well-coordinated tandem is created again. We offer a personal and positive operational atmosphere, a motivated and stable care team as well as modern, lively premises in a shared building with a medical practice, in which apprentices are trained. We promote high job satisfaction through an open, constructive conversation culture, flat hierarchies and a carefully planned personnel organization. Are you interested in a function as Co-Management or Deputy Management and - - you would like to share responsibility for the operational management of the Kita and ensure the operation in pedagogical, personnel, organizational and administrative areas, taking economic efficiency into account as well as in consultation with the sponsorship? - Do you value conducting a high-quality, needs-oriented and law-compliant operation on behalf of the sponsorship? - Is appreciative and close cooperation with children, parents, employees, sponsorship, authorities and other stakeholders important to you? - Are you interested in education- and development-oriented pedagogical action, as well as in the implementation of the pedagogical focuses of the Kita TIQ TAQ? - Are you interested in the training of apprentices or in taking over organizational tasks of the vocational training officers? And - - are you a committed, analytical, open, trustworthy, responsible, team-oriented and assertive personality with organizational, communicative and empathetic skills and have -

Recognized training or further education in business management,
Recognized training or further education in pedagogy,
Experience in the management function or interest in it,
Experience in the care function as a group leader in a daycare center,
Joy in a role model function for children, apprentices and team members,
Joy in the care function and continued willingness to regularly function at least as a co-educator in the groups,
Joy in the shared building of the medical practice and Kita and the corresponding interaction between the staff,
as well as joy in managing a small operation with its own food preparation ?
