About us

Metoxit AG, based in Thayngen Schaffhausen, is a medium-sized manufacturer with around 25 employees, specializing in the production of high-quality high-tech medical and industrial products. For its international clientele, it develops, manufactures, and tests high-precision implants for the medical and dental sectors as well as components for plant and mechanical engineering, measurement and control technology, and chemistry.

Your main tasks

• Support and expansion of existing key accounts
• Active acquisition of new customers and projects
• Technical and commercial advice to customers
• Accompanying customer projects from inquiry to series production
• Creation and negotiation of offers and contracts
• Market and competitor observation

Your profile

• Completed technical or commercial basic training with corresponding further training (e.g., HF, FH, or in the area of sales/business administration) or comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in technical sales or key account management, preferably in an industrial environment
• Experience in contract manufacturing is an advantage
• Industry knowledge and network in technical ceramics, medical technology, dental, precision manufacturing, or comparable industries
• Strong technical understanding as well as the ability to grasp complex customer requirements and implement them in a solution-oriented manner
• Enjoyment of active new customer acquisition as well as the building and maintenance of long-term customer relationships
• Business fluent German and English skills; French and Italian skills are an advantage
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working
• High willingness to travel
