For our client, we are looking for an experienced and quality-conscious personality for the plant and apparatus construction sector. You will work independently on varied individual parts, prototypes, and assemblies, taking responsibility for the quality of your welding work.

Welder Plant Engineering (m/f/d) ###

Your Tasks ###

• Welding of individual parts, prototypes, and assemblies
• Working on components made of CrNi, aluminum, and mechanical engineering steels
• Welding using TIG and MAG processes
• Preparing, aligning, and positioning components
• Working according to technical drawings
• Dimensional checks with calipers and weld seam gauges
• Independent quality control of the weld joints
• Participation in the training of apprentices

Your Profile ###

• Completed vocational training in the metal sector, e.g., Plant and Apparatus Builder EFZ or Metal Builder EFZ
• Alternatively, several years of professional experience as a welder
• Good knowledge of TIG and MAG welding
• Confident reading and implementing technical drawings
• Independent, exact, and systematic way of working
• High quality awareness and reliable way of working
• Willingness to perform standing work and to wear personal protective equipment
• Experience in aluminum welding is an advantage
• Valid welder qualification according to EN ISO 9606-1 is an advantage
