Facilities Management Employee (m/f/d) 100% Your tasks Infrastructure & Facilities Management: Independent operation, monitoring and maintenance of all technical facilities on our campus. Maintenance & Repairs: Rectifying malfunctions as well as independent execution of manual repairs to buildings and furniture. Exterior Care & Events: Care of exterior and garden facilities, support with logistics and cleaning work as well as active assistance at school events. Security & On-call: Ensuring the operational safety of all buildings and readiness for occasional late shifts or on-call duties. Your profile Education: Completed manual vocational apprenticeship (EFZ), ideally in the HLKS area, as an electrical installer, as a specialist in facility maintenance or in the outdoor area as a gardener or forester. Experience: Sound professional experience in the field of facilities management, facility management, in the maintenance of institutional properties or in the care of green spaces. Attributes: High service orientation, independent way of working, technical skill and routine, also in dealing with digital tools. Competencies: Good German skills in spoken and written form, a polite tone of voice in the school environment as well as a valid car driver's license.
