Your position in a future-oriented professional environment: The Berufsbildungszentrum Wirtschaft, Informatik und Technik (BBZW) is the competence center for commercial, technical, and industrial professions. At our three school locations in Emmen, Sursee, and Willisau, we train around 3'700 apprentices in 30 different professions. In addition, we offer the professional baccalaureate «Technik, Architektur und Life Sciences» and «Wirtschaft und Dienstleistungen».

At the Berufsbildungszentrum Wirtschaft, Informatik und Technik, we accompany over 3'500 apprentices into their professional future. Do you want to inspire young people for the digital world and pass on your technical expertise? Then you are exactly right with us!

Your tasks

• You teach informatics and design varied, interactive, and practical informatics lessons for apprentices from the 1st to the 4th year of apprenticeship.
• With your enthusiasm for digital topics, you motivate young people and promote their technical and digital competencies.
• Ideally, you also bring joy to teaching mathematics and take over this subject in addition to your main subject.
• You have the possibility to start with a lower workload and increase this to 80-100% for the 2027/28 school year.

Your profile

• You have a degree HF/FH in informatics, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Thanks to your several years of professional experience in informatics, you can incorporate valuable practical examples into your teaching.
• You have experience in application development.
• Initial teaching experience as well as a teaching diploma are an advantage, otherwise we will support you in your training.
• You value professional exchange, enjoy sharing your knowledge, and want to make a difference together with a committed team.
