• Maintain hand and fist firearms, infantry weaponry, vehicle weaponry including weapon stations (on armored wheeled vehicles)
• Carry out periodic inspections and work on various weapon systems and accessories according to technical instructions
• Serve as a specialist at the troop's material returns (WEME) on-site for technical inspections and repairs of weapons, weapon stations, and weapon accessories
• Provide technical support to troops and third parties during material takeovers, initial equipment of recruit schools, and during discharge of militiamen
• Carry out inspections and repairs in the area of personal weaponry (loan weapons)

What makes you unique

• Completed vocational training with a federal diploma as a gunsmith, polymechanic, similar basic mechanical training, or military training as a weapon mechanic
• Driver's license category B, driver's licenses category C or C1E as well as SUVA-recognized forklift license
• Conscientious, structured, and precise way of working
• Customer- and solution-oriented service mindset
• Willingness for flexible deployment at various locations and teamwork
