Your tasks
Professional responsibility for the area of activation and everyday design
Planning, implementation and further development of individual and group offers
Individual support and promotion of our residents
Leadership and professional support of the voluntary employees
Interdisciplinary cooperation with relatives, specialists and volunteers
Organization and coordination of events and activities
Ensuring high professional quality as well as continuous further development of the area
What you bring with you
Completed further training as a specialist in activation and everyday design
Experience in long-term care and enthusiasm for working with older people
Very good German skills as well as good MS-Office skills are an advantage
You are an initiative, creative and resilient personality with an independent way of working
