Senior AI Engineer # (m/f/d) freelance/in temporary permanent employment for a project Sursee Start date: immediately Reference number: 887258/1 Project information ### • No sub-contracting possible, exclusively personnel leasing via Hays (Schweiz) Tasks ### • Conception, development and operation of scalable AI solutions • Support with architecture decisions and ensuring technical quality • Development of solutions based on Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures and agent systems • Design and implementation of APIs, integrations and cloud-native applications • Accompanying and promoting Junior AI Engineers through technical coaching and reviews • Analysis, conception and implementation of production-ready AI applications Profile ### • Sound practical experience in software development with Python or comparable technologies • Demonstrable experience in the conception, development and productive operation of AI solutions based on Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures and agent systems • Sound knowledge in the design and development of APIs, integrations and cloud-native applications • Experience with modern cloud platforms, ideally Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Deep understanding of software engineering principles and best practices, especially in the areas of testing, CI/CD, monitoring and productive operation • Experience in dealing with structured and unstructured data as well as their preparation and use for AI applications • Experience in the technical analysis, conception and implementation of scalable AI solutions in productive environments Benefits ### • Responsible and varied activity in a technically exciting environment • Access to most modern technologies and tools
