Head of Traffic Service 60–100% (m/f)

Work location: Unterentfelden / Canton Aargau

What are your tasks?

• Leadership and further development of the traffic service area as well as the subordinate employees
• Responsibility for personnel and deployment planning in traffic service
• Budget and cost responsibility for your own area
• Ensuring economical and efficient deployment and resource planning
• Support of existing customers as well as professional accompaniment of customer concerns and orders
• Creation and further development of deployment, traffic, and safety concepts
• Planning, coordination, and quality assurance of demanding customer orders and projects
• Leadership, promotion, and professional development of employees
• Ensuring compliance with internal quality standards and specifications
• Close cooperation with the management and other internal areas
• Active participation in operational traffic service if required

What do you bring with you?

• Several years of experience in traffic service
• Initial leadership experience or motivation to take on leadership responsibility
• Experience in personnel or deployment planning is an advantage
• Organizational talent, assertiveness, and sense of responsibility
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Willingness for operational deployments and irregular working hours
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license category B
