HES certified educator (M/F) at 80% We are looking to add the skills and enthusiasm of an HES graduate to our health-social support management. Your mission: Within a living environment welcoming 8 residents with intellectual disabilities, requiring care related notably to age, you actively contribute to their well-being and their quality of life. You ensure notably: supporting residents in all acts of daily life implementing individualized projects in compliance with institutional directives the provision of care and the organization of daily life activities administrative, monitoring and logistics tasks related to the function participation in the organization and management of the living environment close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams as well as with families. Your profile: You are a committed, benevolent and dynamic person, possessing: a HES-ES educator diploma or a title deemed equivalent training and/or an interest in the Montessori method adapted to the elderly (an asset) a positive, constructive and solution-oriented mindset a driver's license (mandatory) good knowledge of usual IT tools.
