Kaizen Mechanic / Polymechanic (m/f/d)

For our client, a manufacturing industrial company in the Winterthur region, we are looking for a technically skilled specialist, effective immediately or by arrangement, who will actively help shape and drive the continuous improvement process in production.

Tasks

In this versatile role, you bear responsibility for an ergonomically sensible and efficient design of the production workstations, taking quality and costs into account. You manage the Kaizen workshop and ensure its smooth operation. In doing so, you actively support production employees in the practical implementation of their improvement ideas and accompany the construction as well as the commissioning of production islands and manufacturing lines. Furthermore, you contribute actively to the continuous improvement process and specifically drive changes in processes and working methods.

Requirements

You have completed technical training, for example as a Polymechanic, Production Mechanic, or in a comparable profession, and bring corresponding practical experience. Initial knowledge in the field of Lean Management or with Kaizen methods is a plus, but not a must. Manual dexterity, a creative approach, as well as an independent and structured way of working characterize you. As an open, sociable personality, you communicate clearly and enjoy working in a team on common solutions. IT user knowledge as well as experience with ERP systems advantageously round off your profile. Good German skills in speaking and writing are required.
