Specialized Psychologist in psychotherapy - Crans-Montana - 80%

As part of your function, you evaluate the psychological functioning of patients and take charge of their difficulties. You develop adapted care plans, develop intervention and prevention activities, and thus contribute to proactive care.

In your activities, you work interdisciplinarily with medical care teams, medico-therapeutic staff, and actively participate in interdisciplinary rehabilitation colloquia.

In collaboration with your psychologist colleagues, you organize therapies and the distribution of the units to be covered.

You supervise postgraduate psychotherapy trainees, initiate, and collaborate on teaching and research activities related to the Clinic's interests.

You hold a Master's in psychology, a federal psychotherapist title, and a right of practice in the canton of Valais (or failing that, are at the end of psychotherapy training and have a minimum of 1 year of practical experience in an FMH-recognized psychiatric and psychotherapeutic institution).

With 6 years of practical experience, you have an interest in psychosomatic hospital rehabilitation and wish to contribute to the development of the Psychology Service.

You are capable of working independently and in a multidisciplinary team. Thanks to your solid experience in group leadership, you are able to design relevant interventions and effectively share your knowledge and skills with other psychologists and professional partners.

The Clinique de Crans-Montana (http://www.hug-ge.ch/crans-montana), nestled in the heart of the Valais Alps, is a hospital site of the HUG. Its hospital missions consist of taking charge of patients for rehabilitations in general internal medicine and psychosomatic medicine, multipurpose post-operative or post-hospitalization rehabilitations in an acute environment. The Clinique de Crans Montana holds FMH recognition for general internal medicine and trains intern doctors. It develops academic research projects in connection with the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Geneva.
