Your tasks as a Metrology Technician

• Operation and programming of 3D measuring machines (3D)
• Creation of measurement protocols
• Active participation in test planning and the selection of suitable measurement methods
• Sampling from prototype series and creation of First Article Inspection Reports
• Management and calibration of testing and measuring equipment
• Planning of new testing and measuring devices
• Identification and implementation of optimization measures
• Execution of process and machine capability analyses
• Competent technical contact person for the development department, production, as well as for customers and suppliers regarding metrology and feasibility studies
• Training and support for users of 3D measuring machines

We expect ##

Your qualifications as a Metrology Technician

• Completed basic technical training (precision mechanic, polymechanic or equivalent training)
• Further training as a quality and metrology technician (AUKOM)
• Knowledge in the programming of 3D measuring machines (PC-DMIS)
• Verifiable professional experience in the field of 3D metrology
• Knowledge of SPC, ISO GPS or quality management is an advantage
• Independent, precise, and solution-oriented way of working with high quality awareness
• Excellent spatial imagination, great care, and high professional commitment
• Reliable, conscientious, and team-oriented personality
• Very good ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• German as a native language or very good French skills with precise written and oral expression
• Willingness for occasional on-call duty
• Training and support for users of 3D measuring machines
