Requirements:

• Building cleaner EFZ or several years of experience as a building cleaner
• Good German language skills
• Good knowledge of products, devices, and machines
• Driver's license Cat. B
• IPAF training is an advantage
• PSAgA training is an advantage

Main tasks:

• Ability to motivate and lead employees
• Professional and efficient execution of the assignment to the satisfaction of the customer
• Correct use of cleaning products and machines
• Conveys to every employee the importance of each individual assignment
• Correct introduction and assessment of new employees
• Orderliness at the workplace and in the vehicle
• Complete and correct loading of material into the vehicle
• Correct and complete reporting of the work performed
• Following the instructions of the operations manager
