Your tasks:

• Operation, handling and maintenance of all technical systems (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, cooling, water treatment, emergency power)
• Monitoring and operation of fire alarm and sprinkler systems, electrical systems as well as elevator and stair systems
• Minor repair and maintenance work in the building and for tenants
• Energy data collection as well as maintaining work reports
• Carrying out opening and closing rounds
• Collaboration in the assembly and disassembly of exhibitions and decorations
• On-call service on a rotational basis (reachability of the operation within 30 minutes)

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training in the technical or craft sector (e.g., electrical, sanitary, HVAC or similar)
• Experience in building technology or facility management is an advantage
• Independent, reliable and careful way of working
• Teamwork skills and high commitment, also during off-peak hours
• Good German skills in spoken and written
• Enjoyment of varied tasks in a lively environment
