Your tasks

• Human Resources (workload approx. 50%): Responsibility for the entire HR area from the administrative processing of entries and exits to obtaining foreign work permits.
• Payroll processing: Independent processing and control of the monthly payroll runs, ideally with Abacus.
• Communication: Hub for telephone and written contact with customers and employees in German and Italian.
• General Secretariat: Efficient completion of daily administration tasks and correspondence.
• Event & Education Management: Active support in the organization of company events and further training.

Your profile

• Education: Successfully completed commercial basic training (EFZ) or a comparable qualification.
• Experience: Professional experience in the HR area as well as practical experience in payroll processing with Abacus.
• Language skills: Proficient German as well as good Italian skills in speaking and writing.
• IT & Mindset: IT affinity and a good sense for the processes in a lively service business.
• Way of working: You work extremely independently, are flexible, enjoy taking responsibility for your own area of activity, and shine with organizational skills.
• Personality: Team-oriented and motivated personality who brings a high willingness for professional and personal further training. You maintain calm and an overview even with a higher workload.
