November 2026 or by agreement | Workload: 100% Val Surses – a tourism region on the move In the heart of Graubünden, embedded in the Parc Ela, the largest nature park in Switzerland, we are developing our unique holiday region together with our partners. The position offers a lot of creative freedom and demands your energy: from the destination plan with 60 sub-projects to the implementation of the Masterplan Bike, the reopening of the youth hostel and the mandate Savognin Bergbahnen to budget responsibility and team leadership. Tasks and responsibilities You develop and market attractive products and events for Savognin Bergbahnen AG (approx. 60%). You lead the Products, Events and Communication department of Tourismus Val Surses Savognin Bivio AG with five committed employees and promote their further development (approx. 20%). You drive the further development of the bike offer, implement innovative ideas and organize varied bike events, such as the Swiss Bike Cup (approx. 20%). Your profile You have a tourism background and bring experience in project management/marketing with you. You love to do sports in nature. It is an advantage if you ski and bike. You organize with a sense of perspective, work gladly in a team and convince with your leadership strength. You are a communicative and flexible person with high self-initiative.
